What We Do

Trans Aero Ltd, also known as Trans Aero Helicopter Services is authorized to do business under FAR 135, 133, 137. The main focus of the company includes government contracts, wild land fire fighting, and oil and gas exploration. Trans Aero’s helicopters are designed for hot/high temperatures and altitudes, transporting material externally with highly skilled vertical reference pilots. Other missions include passenger carrying, power pole setting, wire pulling, air conditioner sets, photography flights, construction, mining, seismic, and core and conventional drilling. Trans Aero Helicopters' corporate office is located in Cheyenne, Wyoming and much of our work is done in the Rocky Mountain region, however we are also doing extensive seismic work in Oklahoma, Texas and the east coast in support of Dawson Geophysical Companies. Trans Aero Helicopters aircraft consist of SA315B Lama's, SA316B Alouette III's, AS350B2 Astar's, UH-1H Huey's and SA 330J Puma's.

Trans Aero Helicopters is capable of flying missions anywhere in the United States or the world for that matter. With the majority of our aircraft being supplied by the Roberts Aircraft Group, and all major maintenance provided by Heli-Support Inc., this gives Trans Aero Helicopters much greater depth in our technical and logistical support that far exceeds our competitors.
